Angry Birds turns 7!
December 11th 2009: the genesis of anger as we know it. Angry Birds was released onto app stores seven years ago, and the world hasn’t been the same since. Let’s take a moment to fire up the projector for a trip down memory lane (i.e. the annual viewing of the original Angry Birds Cinematic Trailer).
Ah, so much nostalgia. But wouldn’t you know it, the game is still going stronger than ever with new updates. When you dropped 99¢ on Angry Birds back in 2009, did you imagine that it would still be getting updates seven years later? Probably not, but here we are. Not to mention, it spawning a library of offshoots, and a feature freaking film! They grow up so fast…
