Angry Birds Friends Global Leagues!

Not only is it week two of our three-week Halloween Tournament extravaganza, but today is the premiere of an all new feature in Angry Birds Friends – the all-new global Leagues! If you’ve grown tired of beating your friends every week in Angry Birds Friends, then you’re in luck! Now you can take your bird slinging skills to the global arena.

Just play the weekly tournament as you normally would to compete with others around the globe! Check out the Leagues tab in Angry Birds Friends to view your standings in the league. At the end of the week, the top three players in each tier will be promoted to the next tier. But be careful! The bottom three players will be moved down a tier! Can you earn a spot at the top in the diamond league?

IMPORTANT NOTE: We have heard that some of you have been having some trouble connecting to Angry Birds Friends on iOS 8. Were currently investigating this, but in the meantime, try the following steps:

1. Update Angry Birds Friends to the most recent version.

2. Update iOS to the most recent version.

3. Reset your network settings under Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Please note that after doing this, you will need to reenter your wifi password.
