Out Now – Angry Birds Space Solar System episode!
Houston we have a new update!
To celebrate the New Horizons mission’s historic Pluto flyby we teamed up with NASA (that’s National Aeronautics and Space Administration) to give you the biggest ever Angry Birds Space update – Solar System!
To give you the scoop on the Solar System update we interviewed a kind-of-expert from inside the company, ourselves!
What’s new in this update?
Well first of all there are 15 fun and challenging new levels with different planets, comets or satellites from our Solar System! Then we’re introducing S.P.A.R.K. which is a smart bomb (super important for 3-starring levels), the Rocket Science Show – 15 episodes where you can learn about our solar system from real NASA experts and a lot of other opportunities to discover interesting things about our solar system!
What’s the coolest planet in our Solar System?
That’s easy, it’s Neptune! The coldest place in the Solar System is actually the surface of Neptune’s moon, Triton.
Where can we watch the Rocket Science show?
You can access all 15 episodes inside the game, on ToonsTV and we’ll also be publishing a new episode on our YouTube channel once a week. The first episode introduces Mercury, check it out here!
What’s the best thing about this update?
The best thing is that you get to learn really interesting things while playing and having fun!
Here’s the game’s stellar trailer:
A while back we integrated some exciting elements to Angry Birds Space such as a countdown screen counting down to the Pluto flyby (July 14th) and a Pluto clicker. By tapping the clicker you support Pluto, formerly known as a planet, regain planethood (we already have over 300 million +1s!). Remember to check them out!
